Automated Automations Engine

I contributed to the human-facing surfaces of Complexio’s Automated Automations Engine — the product that ingests an organisation’s communication data and surfaces where time is spent, where bottlenecks form, and which recurring tasks are ready for automation.

My work focused on the analytics and exploration interfaces a reviewer navigates to understand the engine’s output and decide what to act on: the views that turn a real-time operational picture into something a non-technical user can read, drill into, and trust enough to approve or reject a proposal.

Screenshots below are frames from Complexio’s public product video (linked at the foot of the page). Further details are under NDA.

Bottleneck view One of the views that surfaces where bottlenecks form across email workflows. Frame from Complexio’s public product video.

Clustering view Activities grouped by topic, helping reviewers see how effort is distributed and where automation candidates concentrate. Frame from Complexio’s public product video.
